The creation of a modern, light-filled vertical garden re-establishes what was once a signature feature of this property. A structurally glazed curtain wall provides light and transparency to the newly configured elevator lobbies.

The goal of this project is to create high-quality long-term homes for residents. While the proposal calls for a significant increase in density on the site, every effort has been made to employ strategies for successful community planning.
